Returns Policy

Framework

This policy has been drawn up based on current legislation and may be updated without prior notice.

Withdrawal period

The customer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, bearing only the return costs.

The request must be communicated unequivocally to info@arumeparfums.pt, stating:

• Name
• Contact
• Order number
• Date of order and of receipt

Return conditions

Products must be returned:

• In the original packaging
• Without signs of improper use

Returns of personal hygiene products are not accepted, in particular perfumes whose sealed packaging has been opened or tampered with.

Refund

The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned products, using the same payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
