Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the terms under which the Arumé Parfums store, operated by Joel Filipe Silva Santos, Sole Proprietor, with tax number (NIF) 251 443 540 and registered address at Rua Farrapas, no. 635, 1st Right, 4455-589 Perafita, shall operate.

The Arumé Parfums service consists of making products available and supplying them, allowing the user, who is granted customer status, to order and purchase the presented products online.

Use of the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy and Cookies Policy in force at the time of access.

Arumé Parfums reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice; periodic review is advisable.

Product and price information

Arumé Parfums informs customers about the characteristics, descriptions and images of the products. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

Prices are shown in euros (€) and correspond to the final amount payable. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
VAT, exemption regime under Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code.

Intellectual property

All content made available on Arumé Parfums is its property or has been licensed for that purpose and is protected by copyright. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

Payment methods

The available payment methods are presented at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and right of withdrawal

The customer may cancel the order while it is still being processed, by communicating this intention to info@arumeparfums.pt.

Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the customer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Complaints

The customer may submit a complaint by email to info@arumeparfums.pt or through the electronic Complaints Book.

Applicable law

This contract is governed by Portuguese law.
