Context
This policy was developed based on current legislation and may be updated without prior notice.
Resolution Period
The customer has 14 days to cancel the order without needing to state a reason, only bearing the return shipping costs.
The request must be communicated unequivocally to info@arumeparfums.pt, indicating:
– Name
– Contact
– Order Number
– Order Date
– Date of Receipt
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging and without signs of misuse.
Returns of personal hygiene products, including perfumes whose sealed packaging has been opened or tampered with, are not accepted.
Reimbursement
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned products, using the same payment method used, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
